We've all seen those bold headlines... the ones that promise to remodel your body in a matter of days. I'll be the first to admit; when I see quick solutions for pesky problems, my attention perks up and I need to learn more. The magic excitement rapidly turns to disappointment when I finish reading the sales pitch, pull up Google and the reviews are generally less than stellar.
